This is a blog established primarily for members of the research project The Future of Russian: Language Culture in the Era of New Technology (2008–2012), University of Bergen, Norway. It is used to share information and links (books read, articles found, upcoming conferences, and the like), and will, it is hoped, gradually transform into a regular blog focusing on Russian online culture.

Hello, I’m native Russian, actually living in Rome. Was searching some new blogs about Russian or just Russian blogs, that’s how I found yours.
I’m writing in my blog about raising bilingual kids, as my husband (Italian) and I have a beautiful boy less than 2 years old, this issue is very close to our family. For now my blog is only written in Italian, however I’m considering to make it bilingual as well and maybe start to write in Russian.
Now I’ll go to take a look on your blog better, I’m very curiouse:)
